Artificial intelligence in occupational pensions - results of the 2024 survey

Artificial intelligence (AI) has been used in some areas of occupational pension administration for many years. In particular, the rapid development of generative AI is opening up new possibilities through easier access to AI solutions and a wide range of applications in a variety of business areas.
