As a leader in WTW’s Construction team, Iris provides her team members with regular support and resources to ensure they are happy, engaged, especially during the pandemic, and productive.
Iris is also a member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers, driving various initiatives to attract young talent to join the insurance industry and support young professionals to advance their insurance brokerage career. She often speaks at industry events to promote insurance knowledge, sharing her expertise across industries in Hong Kong.
