Iris is also a member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers, driving various initiatives to attract young talent to join the insurance industry and support young professionals to advance their insurance brokerage career. She often speaks at industry events to promote insurance knowledge, sharing her expertise across industries in Hong Kong. Iris was also featured as one of Insurance Business Asia’s Elite Women in 2021.
