The Insurance Brokers Code of Practice is a voluntary code created by the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), the peak representative body for the intermediated insurance industry in Australia.
Willis Towers Watson is a member of NIBA and subscribes to the Code. The Code sets out the minimum service standards you can expect when you use an insurance broker and outlines what you need to do in the unlikely event you have a complaint to make.
On how to make complaints for breach of the Code please refer to the Complaints & External Dispute Resolution section.
