NEW YORK, NY, April 26, 2023 – WTW (Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Anthony Grosso as Deputy Client Experience Officer, Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB), North America. Reporting directly to Rick Hawkinberry, in a new role as Chief Client Experience Officer, Grosso will assist with the development and implementation of the new client experience strategy, focused on transparency, accountability, and full alignment across the business to ensure that all client interaction leads to an industry-leading experience.
The client experience approach that underpins the CRB NA strategy for client relations is designed around delivery of an impeccable encounter. This method utilizes meticulous care and particular attention to clients and is structured to far exceed client expectations by developing new and innovative ways to address client needs. Proactively anticipating trends and market direction, the team will concentrate on superb client experience by recognizing that every single client interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate commitment to delivering outstanding service and solutions. This innovative approach draws on deep specialization and the industry expertise of the CRB NA team to understand client challenges and how best to address them.
Hawkinberry was promoted to Chief Client Experience Officer in January 2023, after more than fifteen years at WTW in various leadership positions. In his new role leading this client focused initiative, Hawkinberry commented, “I am delighted to welcome Anthony to the team.
