WTW’s North American ICT business expanding with two experienced sales leaders

NEW YORK, July 13, 2023 – WTW (Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the addition of two senior directors, Maryellen Allegretti and Patrick Anderson-Higgins, within the company’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) operation in North America. Both appointments further bolster ICT's expertise and technical knowledge, strengthening its position as an industry leader in the Personal and Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance sector.

Allegretti brings more than 20 years of experience collaborating with financial services and insurance clients to her new role as the North America Personal Lines Property and Casualty Sales Director at WTW where she will drive growth and thought leadership for ICT Personal Lines. Her previous position as Assistant Vice President at Verisk Analytics showcased her ability to foster collaborative thought leadership initiatives while establishing strategic partnerships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive growth. Prior to Verisk Analytics, Allegretti held senior positions at Equifax and Acxiom Corporation, where she leveraged data, analytics, and technology solutions to overcome complex business challenges and achieve optimal client outcomes. In addition to her practical experience, Allegretti's educational background includes studies at Quinnipiac University and NYU School of Continuing Education.

Anderson-Higgins joins WTW as the Commercial Insurance Property & Casualty Sales Director for ICT North America, where he will closely collaborate with all of ICT’s Proposition Leaders and particularly with our Product, Pricing, Claims and Underwriting (PPCU) Leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, expanding WTW services across the Commercial Lines market. Bringing over a decade of experience in the insurance, consulting and technology industries, Anderson-Higgins recently held senior positions at Celonis and EY. In these roles, he drew upon deep technical consulting knowledge across all functions of the insurance value chain to aid leading global carriers, brokerages, MGAs and wholesalers in transforming their business models. Anderson-Higgins is familiar with WTW, having served in a Senior Consultant role at the company for three years. Anderson-Higgins holds BBA degrees in Risk Management and Insurance as well as International Business from the University of Georgia.
