Once received, our team will contact you to dicsuss your claim and contact you to discuss the claim and confirm with you the time required by the insurance company to investigate and respond to your complaint.
Upon confirming all details with you we will then forward the claim to the insurance company for further investigation.
We will then get back to you with the claim request outcome by contacting you on your registrated phone number or in writing.
Our team is available to serve you from 9 am to 5 pm Sunday to Thursday except for official public holidays.
