Around the world, organizations are under pressure to demonstrate that they are paying fairly. Governments are introducing new legislation, employees are demanding more transparency, and investors want reassurance and action. Employers want to be confident on fair pay - it is part of being an inclusive, diverse and socially responsible employer. Employers need better analytics, stronger governance of pay processes and more open communication. A core and common feature of fair pay is equal pay.
In this webcast, Marta Cadenas, Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at BBVA, discussed her ambition to be a fair pay employer; Bianca Wong, Global Head of Reward at Hilti AG, shared her journey and drivers for their first global fair pay review; and Louise Skinner, a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius UK LLP, provided insights on the practical implications of the EU directive.
