Jane Murray, Managing Director of Technology and Administration Solutions at WTW, was joined by Karen Dawson, Data Services Delivery Lead, to provide an update on the progress being made towards pensions dashboards. In addition, they outlined what the purpose of pensions dashboards is, and how the high-level process is expected to work. Plus, they summarised some of the key changes, decisions and timelines that trustees and our clients should be focusing on now.
We were also joined by Paul Noone from the Pensions Dashboard Programme, who brought us up to date with the work on the programme and how it is bringing the entire pensions dashboards ecosystem to life. There was also an update from Angela Bell of The Pensions Regulator, which set out the expectations that the regulator has around dashboards, as well as how they intend to support the industry over the coming months and years.
