At the heart of our Women in M&A initiative is a commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering community within the M&A industry. Launched at the start of 2024, we've already had the pleasure of hosting successful events in Milan, Paris, and London.

Our mission is clear: to increase female representation and empower women across all sectors, from private equity firms and law firms to investment banking and acquisitive corporates.

Promoting women is at the core of who we are, and more than 50% of our colleagues, including those in senior positions, are women.

Your presence and participation make this community thrive. As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to see this initiative continue to grow and create even more connections and opportunities for women in M&A.

Our community

This exclusive year-end gathering featured a panel of influential women in the M&A and financial lines sectors. On the day we focused on three key areas:

  • Confidence: Managing imposter syndrome
  • Resilience: Creating stamina and sustainability in your seat
  • Maximizing your image and exposure: Ensuring you are not the best-kept secret in the room

Watch the panel discussion teaser video below to see what you can expect from being a part of this wonderful community:
