LONDON, 14 July 2023 - WTW, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company announced the winners of its 18th annual WTW Media Awards last night, celebrating the occasion at London’s Hispania restaurant.
The WTW Media Awards celebrate excellence in business journalism, with categories covering insurance and risk, HR & employee benefits, pensions, and investment journalism.
This year’s awards included eleven individual journalist categories, with the introduction of four new categories including, ‘Digital Influencer of the year’ and ‘Campaigning journalist of the year’, which were judged across four specialist judging panels.
John Ball, Head of Great Britain, WTW said: “I’d like to congratulate all the brilliant winners of this year’s WTW Media Awards and thank all of the judges – senior journalists, clients and colleagues alike – who gave their time so generously across our four specialist panels.
“The quality of submissions only increases each year and, while that creates ever more difficult decisions for our judging panels, it is so impressive to see the experience and maturity of writing in these areas, particularly when applied to the complex and technical topics that have been covered. Congratulations once again to our winners!”
