LONDON, September 21, 2023 — WTW’s Global Menopause Support Group has been named Best Support Group at the Menopause Friendly Employer Awards. In addition, WTW has been awarded Menopause Friendly Accreditation by Menopause in the Workplace, which hosts the awards.
The award and accreditation reflect WTW’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all colleagues at every stage of their careers.
Now in its second year, the 2023 Menopause Friendly Employer Awards recognise organisations and individuals whose commitment and determination have succeeded in providing support, solutions and resources that normalise menopause in the workplace.
The Best Support Group category saw the largest number of applications from organisations of all sizes, across a wide range of sectors. Clearly evident were passion and dedication from individuals supported by senior leaders to facilitate a group to implement action.
“We are extremely proud to have received this award and accreditation. It’s a testament to the dedication shown by members of our Global Menopause Support Group committee.”
