- Technical pensions training: Full programme exploring the journey of a pension scheme member including leavers, revaluation, retirements, transfers, payments, death and divorce
- Core skills training: Customer service training, written communication, telephone skills, time management, stress awareness and resilience, and speaking with confidence
- Team leader development course: For team leaders and for those identified as having the initial skills and potential to progress to a team leader position
