Alex Rosati to join WTW as Head of Claims Asia in Corporate Risk & Broking

SINGAPORE, May 23, 2024 — WTW, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company (NASDAQ: WTW), today announced the appointment of Alex Rosati as Head of Claims Asia for its Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) business. Alex will join WTW on 1 August, succeeding Neil Thomas who retired in March this year. Based in Singapore, Alex will report directly to Luke Ware, Head of CRB Asia at WTW.

With over 30 years of extensive experience, Alex currently serves as the Head of Claims Solutions, Specialty Lines, for Marsh in Asia. His background in claims broking, as well as being a former claims manager, underwriter and litigator, advocating for policyholders and insurance companies in the US, the U.K. the E.U. and Bermuda, reflects his deep understanding of the intricacies of claims management.

In his role with WTW, Alex will focus on all aspects of the firm’s claims proposition, including the development and execution of WTW’s claims management strategy across Asia. His expertise will be pivotal in managing complex claims for WTW across all lines of business, ensuring alignment with clients’ expectations and negotiating effectively with insurers.
