Covering a polling section which showed that 30% of those polled will take some action around pay and benefits in response to a sharp rise in the cost of living.
We explored how Dr Lars Reichmann – Head of Corporate Compensation, Benefits & Mobility at BASF are adapting their total reward strategies to mitigate the rising cost of living, sharing too the process of setting realistic long-term incentive plans and targets when business performance and share price may fluctuate more than usual.

Lastly, Marta Machicot, Chief People Officer at Telefonica shared how they steer the ship in uncertain times, with climate change and other risks looming large how can they inspire their people and board to not lose sight of ESG objectives.
