Last year was largely defined by organisations scrambling to ensure business stability and continuity at the same time as looking after the safety, wellbeing and productivity of employees. Of course, those themes remain relevant now. However, the added challenge, or opportunity, now lies in embedding enduring change for the benefit of all our stakeholders.
In our 2021 Virtual Talent and Reward Conference, we discussed the big questions of the day: how is work done, how are performance and reward being reimagined, how are wellbeing and ESG being embedded, and how do we shape a better employee experience for the future?
“We are at the perfect inflection point. The perfect reflection point. And the perfect point to drive long-term systemic change.”
Amanda Scott | GB Head of Talent and Rewards
In this conference, which was held over seven weeks, we heard from Willis Towers Watson experts and, more importantly, from over 20 clients, including AstraZeneca, BP, Ericsson, IBM, National Grid, Nestlé, Roche, Santander, TikTok and Zurich Insurance Group, as they shared their stories and experiences.
Replays from the event are available below, and each section includes links to related articles and recent research. We've also put together a video of speaker highlights that features some of the compelling messaging and content that we heard during the conference.
