Trustee-Link
Trustee-Link is your easily accessed, secure and intuitive one-stop-shop for running your scheme meetings and managing pension governance. Trustee-Link includes features such as:
- Documentation libraries that are well organised and give you instant, easy access to your legal documents, communications materials, and a wide range of reporting categories within which to store all of your other important information.
- Meeting management spaces for your trustee, sub-committee and pensions operations meetings. In these areas, you can organise meeting agendas, circulate papers, run meetings, and then afterwards store your minutes and manage and track follow-up actions.
- Additional features, e.g., for project management, or to manage training or maintain logs.
- Governance manuals can also be supported through a specific governance documentation library that, when populated with your materials provides you with instant access to your electronic ‘loose leaf’ trust governance manual, as well as maintain over time the history behind your governance and risk management policies & procedures.
Asset Liability Suite
Asset Liability Suite (ALS) is a powerful, modular, web-based software platform designed to work alongside Willis Towers Watson’s processes to support your planning, reporting and decision-making needs, giving you the tools and know-how that you need to run your pension plans efficiently.
Channel
The Accounting Module of ALS, Channel gives plan sponsors direct access to key balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) figures with its powerful corporate governance and budgeting capabilities. It also combines results for schemes, whether within Ireland or around the world, allows you to model future scenarios and includes on-demand disclosures.
