Back in 1999 Oded founded the department of insurance services for large corporations at Leaderim, following 11 years at one of the country’s largest insurance agencies, where his last role was VP Marketing. Since 1999 Oded is the CEO of Leaderim, managing the firm’s entire operations. Oded has a rich experience in property insurance and liabilities and his work focuses on insuring corporations operating in the energy and infrastructures industries, Directors and Officers covers including handling complex claims on behalf of publically traded companies both in Israel and globally, insurance of large industrial plants, construction and real estate insurance and due diligence in mergers and acquisition deals. Oded advises some of the country’s largest industrial corporations on diverse insurance issues, representing clients towards insurers in class actions, derivative suits and white collar crimes.
During his years at Leaderim Oded has led many of the largest insurance deals in the Israeli market. His extensive knowledge and expertise is utilized on a daily basis in complex insurance deals and insurance claims in which he is closely involved. Oded initiates and leads the development of new insurance products for the Israeli market, specializing in creating a competitive edge within insurance markets to the benefit of the firm’s clients. Oded’s expert insurance crisis management skills enable him to provide professional support to our clients’ senior management and legal advisors, in crisis situations resulting from large property claims, insurance claims involving investigations by authorities, product liability claims, professional liability and crime.

David Gordon

David is responsible for the firm’s Property and liabilities insurance area, and leads the field of consulting on facultative reinsurance politics to insurance companies and insureds. He handles both global and Israeli clients in complex insurance deals of various types and scopes, and is highly experienced in accompanying large clients with complex insurance portfolios in Israel and globally. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of reinsurance, including London’s insurance market. David’s experience in the field of infrastructures and energy spans a wide range of industries which use diverse technologies in ways that enable issuing policies that are specifically suited to the client according to specific needs and contractual obligations. This includes insurance terms in financing agreements and regulatory requirements that are adjusted to the insured’s business model. David offers ongoing consulting services to many and varied publically traded corporations, including due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and in handling complex claims.
David consults and accompanies many clients to determine their insurance requirements in financing infrastructure projects. He has accompanied some of Israel’s largest projects including the Tamar and Leviathan gas fields, Israel’s largest private power stations, most of the country’s desalination plants and solar energy facilities, and in providing insurance consultations to Israeli companies participating in similar projects abroad.
Prior to joining Leaderim David worked for over ten years in various insurance companies, reaching the position of head underwriter.

With over 40 years in the insurance industry, Yehuda has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in Personal Lines insurance and specifically collective motor insurance for large groups of employees, corporate motor fleets and home insurances.
Yehuda is considered a leader in the insurance industry, having successfully introduced technological innovations in motor insurance, handling of claims and paperless work processes while setting technological industry standards for work methods and information security measures.
Yehuda is responsible for implementing procedures that apply to data protection and the technical requirements of computing and data systems.
