Challenge: This mobile network operator needed to create product differentiation in the mobile device insurance space, a very competitive market, as well as improve their overall customer experience in order to increase customer loyalty and boost profits
Approach: We devised a novel distribution strategy offering the insurance on a 3-month free basis to increase penetration Our comprehensive and competitively priced insurance solution differentiated this client’s product and gave them a competitive advantage
Results: Our insurance platform improved our client’s customer experience by digitally consolidating services and automating claims processes. Our e-training solution further contributed to boosting sales performance.
Challenge: This leading lender and credit card issuer already had Affinity programmes in place which were underperforming. They were also not satisfied with their insurance portfolio as well as the terms and conditions of their product offering.
Approach: We designed two high-margin insurance solutions targeted to the client’s customer base (payment protection insurance and loan protection insurance). Although the product cover levels are tailored to each country, the products are essentially the same.
Results: Our technology platform brought this strategy to life through integration with the client’s and third-party suppliers’ systems, providing real-time information on sales across all regions, and allowing multiple languages, currencies, products and channels all in one single platform. As a result, the client achieved high annual gross premium with over 75% of claims approved.
