This WTW A&E Professional Liability Carrier Survey Report is based on WTW A&E’s biannual survey of senior claim managers and underwriters from 14 leading A&E professional liability insurance carriers. The focus of the survey was on emerging claim trends and risks in the design profession.
The objective of this report is to gather meaningful data and insights on emerging risks to help design professionals proactively manage their business risk.
In this report, we have included comments from our carrier partners and industry experts, as well as some additional insights on the issues raised from the survey. All responses were anonymous allowing for each carrier to offer a candid response.
We believe you will find this report to be a thorough review of A&E PL claim trends along with some interesting insights into what design firms will need to address when it comes to managing professional liability risks now and in the future.
