ARLINGTON, May 2, 2022 — WTW (Willis Towers Watson, Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced three major appointments: Joe LaRocco has been appointed Head of Industry – Broking, North America, to lead the recently established industry broking segment; Krista Cinotti has been appointed Head of Middle Market Broking, North America; and James O’Connor has been appointed Head of Carrier Management, North America.

Prior to her appointment as Head of Middle Market Broking, North America, Cinotti ran the Middle Market Broking East Region. In addition to her responsibilities in Middle Market, Krista will oversee the Select Broking segment, which manages WTW’s small business offerings, and will retain her North America Steering Committee position on the Broking Platform. LaRocco’s newly created position continues the drive to deliver specialized insurance solutions and intellectual capital to clients with a laser focus on industry expertise. In O’Connor’s new role, he will lead the Corporate Risk & Broking North American segment, focusing on expanding insurer distribution channels, creating client-centric insurance solutions, and overseeing corporate relationships with global insurers.
