Forbes and Statista generated its list of America’s Best Large Employers 2023 by distributing an independent survey to approximately 45,000 American employees working for companies with more than 5,000 workers in the country. Submitted responses were evaluated based on recommendations from respondents who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family.
