NEW YORK, NY, May 1, 2023 — WTW (Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global, advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Katie Kubursi as Deputy Northeast Regional Leader and North America Deputy Head, Large Accounts.
With more than two decades of experience in carrier and broking roles, Kubursi brings unparalleled expertise to her new role and is poised to drive significant growth and profitability for the Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) business in North America. Kubursi will oversee strategy, client relationships, and community engagement to drive growth and concurrently elevate CRB’s position as a strong industry leader.
Prior to joining WTW, Kubursi served as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager, White Plains and Albany at Chubb, where she was responsible for driving the company's growth and profitability throughout the region in New York. Kubursi also held previous managerial and leadership roles at ACE, AIG, and Marsh, further highlighting her extensive experience in the industry.
