NEW YORK, November 25, 2024 — WTW (Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Xabier Gallardo as Senior Director – Client Relationship Management within the Natural Resources business of Corporate Risk and Broking, North America (CRB NA). In this role, Gallardo will focus on optimizing client outcomes and advancing strategy execution across WTW’s Natural Resources sector, ensuring tailored solutions that address the complex challenges of this industry.

Gallardo brings nearly 25 years of experience in risk management and insurance, with a career spanning multiple countries across Europe and the Americas. He began his career in the Marine and Energy field, gaining foundational insights into complex risk management and client-centric solutions that have shaped his approach to industry challenges. Later, he transitioned to underwriting, specializing in Onshore Energy, setting his career on a dynamic new trajectory that allowed him to develop expertise in both strategic risk mitigation and hands-on client engagement. In his most recent role as Head of Property & Casualty (P&C) for the Caribbean, Gallardo achieved the FAC Expert Underwriter designation—a prestigious title representing the highest level of underwriting authority at his previous company.
