LONDON, February 5, 2024 — WTW, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company (NASDAQ: WTW) today announces the appointment of Anthony Borgman, who will assume the newly created role of Head of Affinity Great Britain. This new role continues the expansion of WTW’s Global Affinity business, following the recent appointment of Paul Lubbers as US Head of Affinity & Programs.
Based in London and reporting to Eddy Castles, Managing Director for GB Retail, and Chris Gingell, Global Head of Affinity, Borgman will have overall responsibility for driving WTW’s growth in the Affinity and Embedded Insurance sectors in the UK.

Borgman brings 25 years of experience to the role, with a primary focus on Affinity partnerships. Before joining WTW, he served as head of global sales operations and channel partnerships at Collinson Group, where he led the significant growth of new client relationships and programs for its insurance division. Prior to this, he spent five years at Assurant, joining as business development leader before being promoted to head of new business development for Europe, establishing long standing partnerships with major financial institutions and technology brands.
